    Tarnowo Podgórne is an attractive community situated in the Wielkopolska Province on an important east-west route, approximately 280 km from the Berlin and over 300 km from Warsaw. The growth of Tarnowo Podgórne community depended on a group of self – government leaders appointed through the process of democracy started in the early 1990s. Today almost 20,7 thousand people live in the area of 101,7 square kilometers, more than four thousand firms provide over 30 thousand jobs, Tarnowo Podgórne has the lowest unemployment rate in the region and sets example for other communities in different fields.

    Taking advantage of it’s great asset – community location and creating conditions favorable for the existing and the new enterprises has contributed to the success of the Tarnowo Podgórne community. The attractiveness of community is a consequence of its vicinity to Poznań International Fair Grounds and Airport Poznań – Ławica. It takes only 20 minutes to get to the centre of Poznań one of the fastest growing economic regions in Poland.

    As the economic development triggered an inflow of new inhabitants a new service companies, institutions and banks have appeared to meet their everyday needs. The community has both work and recreational facilities and is often said to be a place where one can invest, work, live and rest comfortable.
